Frequently Asked Questions:

What is your history with pet care?

I began my professional pet care journey in April 2018, providing dog walks and cat visits part time through Wag!, where I completed 189 visits and maintained a 5 star rating.

In December 2023, I transitioned to Rover and have since completed over 920 visits, also with consistent 5 star reviews.

I am now proud to offer services independently through my own business, bringing years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have completed pet CPR training and have invested significant time in studying canine and feline behavior to better understand body language, stress signals, and positive handling techniques.

My goal is always to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care that gives pet parents complete peace of mind.

What areas do you serve?

Sar.N.Dipity Pet Care proudly provides services in Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, and Cottage Lake.

If you’re located just outside these areas, feel free to reach out and I’m happy to confirm availability based on your location and schedule.

Can you administer medications?

Yes. I’m comfortable administering a variety of medications, including pills, topical, liquid and insulin injections for diabetic pets. I’ve provided medication to both dogs and cats and understand how important consistency and calm handling are. Your pet’s health and comfort are always my top priority, and I take extra care to ensure the process is as stress-free as possible.

Are you able to provide overnight pet care in clients homes or your own?

At this time, I’m not able to provide overnight pet care in clients’ homes or in my own home. I have dogs of my own who require my care overnight, which makes extended stays away from home impossible.

However, I’m happy to offer multiple daily drop-in visits or extended evening and early morning visits to ensure your pets are well cared for while you’re away.

What experience do you have with reactive or anxious dogs?

I have extensive hands on experience working with anxious and reactive dogs, including owning one for 12 years. I understand how important patience, awareness, and proactive management are. I carefully avoid known triggers, read body language closely, and advocate for your dog’s space so they can feel safe and enjoy their time outside. My goal is always a calm, positive experience built on trust.

Do you offer pet taxi services?

Yes! I offer safe and reliable pet transportation to and from grooming appointments, veterinary visits, boarding facilities, and more. Whether your schedule is tight or your pet needs a lift, I’m happy to help make things easier for you.

Do you have references or reviews available?

Yes! You can view reviews directly on my website from my time working through Rover, where I’ve earned over 300 five star reviews. I’m incredibly grateful for the kind words from the families I’ve worked with their trust means everything to me.

How does payment work?

Invoices are sent twice per month for convenience and organization.

• On the 10th for visits that occurred from the 1st–10th

• On the 25th for visits that occurred from the 11th–24th

This simple schedule keeps everything predictable and easy to track.

How does the meet and greet work?

I offer in person meet and greets so we can get to know each other and ensure it’s a great fit. During this visit, we’ll go over your pet’s routine, feeding instructions, medications, litter or potty routines, home access details, and any special preferences.

This time also allows your pet to become familiar with me, which helps create a smoother, more comfortable first visit.

I do request a $15 deposit to reserve your meet and greet, which is then applied to your pet’s first scheduled service.
